Marisa conducts healing through a myriad of sacred and ancient practices :clearing blocked energy, raising your vibration and channeling divine light . In this safe and quiet space thé practice may involve light touch, chanting, breath work, sound bowls,calling on angels and guided meditation . $130 per hour both online and in person .

Yoga classes and one on one yoga
Unique and holistically inspired classes .Vinyasa, flow ( quicker movement) Yin ( deep and holding positions ) and restorative yoga ( relaxing ) class offerings ( $20) per hour and on one classes tailored to your needs and combined with meditation ($115) per hour .
Shamanism and Journeying
Shamanism includes working with your power and spirit animal as well as plant medicine, the directions as well as journeying and soul retrieval. Initial consultation plus meditation is free. Consultation and Journeying session is $130 per hour .
